Dakota Wainwright

I joined the RMH family in October of 2013 as a part-time Customer Service Representative. Having no healthcare experience and as a young mother, I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my career. I found that RMH was where I wanted to grow and was given the opportunity to became full-time in 2014. Through hard work and dedication I was promoted in July of 2019 to my current role as Director of Walk-In Care and Occupational Health. While in this role I have become a Certified Medical Assistant and obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration. I truly would not be where I am today, professionally or personally, without the support and guidance from RMH. As the director, I am always trying to improve and expand our services to provide the best quality care for our patients and community. I truly believe that starts with employees that enjoy coming to work and enjoy what they do. One of my favorite parts in leadership and in my role is watching my team members grow, either professionally and/or personally. The best part of working at RMH is the overall culture. You aren’t just a person filling a seat, you are a part of family here. Regardless of what position you are in, you have a voice and that voice is called upon and listened to.
