Kimberly Herrmann

I have been an RMH Team member for 6 years. I started as a CSR for Surgical Associates before finding my passion for Oncology. It was there that I found and pursued a new dream as a nurse. RMH was there to allow flexibility in my schedule and support was always given from my department as I went to school for Medical Assisting, then LPN and finally… ASN. My favorite part about being a Registered Nurse is the patients. At RMH, we strive to do everything we can for our patients, make sure their appointments are scheduled, their medications are ordered, and even make sure they have the support they need at home to be successful in their treatment plans. The Cancer Center has become my home away from home. We aren’t just co-workers, we are friends and work well together to create a work environment that we are all proud of. RMH has made it possible to not only pursue my dreams, but to actually live them, and for that, I am thankful.
